  1. Yeah. Haven’t you whiny liberals realized yet that any form of rent control *anywhere* has made matters worse?

  2. it is a sad state of affairs for tenants in marin. i have many friends who are being priced out of their rental units in spite of having successful well paying careers.
    as a society we are allowing our greed to overcome our morals and community spirit.
    i am a landlord and i welcome rent stabilization in marin.
