An event every week that begins at 11:30am on Saturday, happening 0 times
This is a group based on narratives, friendships and stories. Making friends as an adult is not so easy. What do friends talk about? I feel left out. There are groups for addictions, divorce, parenting, weight loss, depression, anxiety. What about loneliness? What about a normal, healthy person?
What about Me? This is a group for normal people who are interested in creating meaningful friendships led by a licensed psychologist. Different from therapy or chatting you will have an opportunity to tell your story and listen and learn from others. The group will be guided with the intention of learning about and making friends. Each potential member will be interviewed to ensure a good fit.
