June 19 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

$50

Saturday, June 19, 10am – 1pm Pacific time

East Asian medicine is a sophisticated system of wellness practices and insights into harmonious living with the natural world. We can draw upon this traditional wisdom and current trends to improve our health and well-being in every season.

Join clinical herbalist, Erin Wilkins, for a workshop exploring the intersections of herbalism and wellness during the summer season through an East-Asian and Asian-American lens. Discover healing practices to optimize health and wellbeing through seasonal herbalism, teas, and water-based medicine. Learn about food as medicine and tips for staying healthy during fire season.

Erin provides guidance for living in greater harmony with the seasons using herbalism, nutrition, movement, and intention. She also shares an introduction to the history and theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, highlighting a culturally sensitive framework for incorporating this knowledge into everyday life.

$50, $40 for CIIS Public Programs Members.
